Who publishes this guide
This site is a community guide published by LPE Realty LLC, a Florida real estate brokerage (DBPR license CQ1075686) serving South Florida. We make it because people heading downtown, and people thinking about living here, deserve one place with clear, dated answers: what is on this month at Mizner Park and Sanborn Square, where to park and what it costs, how to get here by train, and what a beach day east of downtown costs.
We are not the City of Boca Raton, the Boca Raton Community Redevelopment Agency or its Downtown Boca program, Mizner Park or any business we list, and we do not work for them. Those organizations set the hours, fees, dates and rules we write about, and every page links to them so you can confirm anything that matters before you go.
How we check facts
- Every date, fee, hour and rule links to the organization that published it, with the date we last checked it.
- When an organizer has not published something, such as a festival date for next year, we say so instead of guessing.
- Distances in our tools are straight-line estimates from map coordinates, and they are labelled that way.
- We do not publish invented prices, ratings, statistics or reviews. If we cannot source something, it is not on the page.
- Photographs are real and credited, with their licenses, on the photo and film credits page. The home page film is cut from those photographs; nothing in it is generated.
How we use AI
AI tools help us draft; people check every fact before it publishes. Articles are bylined to the Downtown Boca Raton Guide Editorial Team, the people who check them, rather than to an invented author.
Advertising and sponsorship
LPE Realty LLC’s contact details are on every page. We do not sell rankings or reviews, and this guide does not show property listings. Any future local sponsorship will be labelled as sponsored where it appears. To ask about it, use the contact form.
Corrections
